摘要:

弹用舵机控制系统是一个精确位置伺服,是导弹制导系统的执行机构。将具有高效数据处理能力的DSP与具有复杂逻辑运算能力的CPLD相结合,实现单DSP控制4台永磁同步交流舵机。通过并行方式对4台舵机进行控制,提高数据处理效率。使用IPM模块驱动舵机,从而提高系统可靠性并且降低系统的体积和质量。通过实验证明,用单DSP控制4台舵机能够大大减小系统的体积与质量,同时能够实现对4台舵机的独立闭环控制,且动态性能较好。

Abstract:

Control system for electro-mechanical actuator (EMA) is a precise position servo system, which is the actuation of the missile guidance system. The realization of the single digital signal processing (DSP) control four sets of EMA based on the combine of DSP with high efficient data processing capability and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) with complex logical computing ability. The efficiency of data processing was improved by using the parallel way to control the four EMA. Intelligent power module (IPM) was used to drive the EMA, so as to improve the system reliability. Experiments show that the use of a single DSP control four EMA can greatly reduce the volume and weight of the system, can achieve the independent closed-loop control of the four EMA and has better dynamic performance.
