摘要:

转子时间常数的变化会影响异步电机的间接转子磁场定向控制精度,进而降低电机的转矩控制精度。研究了一种基于改进型定子磁链观测器的异步电机转子时间常数在线辨识方法,分析了常规转子时间常数辨识方法所存在的问题。针对转子时间常数辨识需要观测定子磁链的要求,提出并设计了一种改进的考虑直流偏置影响的定子磁链观测方法。根据所设计的定子磁链观测方法建立了异步电机的转子时间常数辨识系统,并进行了详细的仿真和实验研究。仿真和实验结果均验证了该方法的有效性,能够为机床电机或同类电机的控制提供参考。

Abstract:

The variation of rotor time constant will reduce the indirect rotor flux orientation control accuracy, and further reduce the torque control precision of induction motor. So, a rotor time constant identification method for induction motor based on an improved stator flux observer was studied.The existing problems in the conventional rotor time constant identification methods were analyzed. Considering the requirement that stator flux should be observed for identifying the rotor time constant, an improved stator flux observational method considering the effects of DC bias was designed. A rotor time constant identification system for induction motor was established based on the designed stator flux observational method, and detailed simulation and experimental researches were carried out. The simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness of the rotor time constant identification method.
