摘要:

伺服电动机的转矩脉动会影响机器人的定位精度,而齿槽转矩是转矩脉动的重要组成部分。以一台集中式绕组表贴式磁钢的永磁伺服电动机为例,采用傅里叶分解计算了齿槽转矩的解析式,同时利用有限元方法研究了改变定子槽口宽度和转子磁极偏心对削弱齿槽转矩的影响,根据计算结果对比分析了不同槽口宽度取值和不同磁极偏心取值对应的电机齿槽转矩峰峰值的变化规律。

Abstract:

Torque ripple of a servo-motor has some effects on positional accuracy of a robot. Cogging torque is one of the important components of torque ripple. Taking a PM servo-motor with concentrated winding and surface mounted permanent magnet as an example, the influence of slot opening width and pole-arc center offset on cogging torque was researched using finite element method. According to the calculation, the variations of cogging torque peak-to-peak value in different slot opening width and pole-arc center offset were analyzed.
