摘要:

机电作动系统是飞机中安全的关键元件,为达到民用飞机的高可靠性要求,需要对机电作动系统故障模式及影响进行分析。基于机电作动系统机理分析,选取典型故障模式,并通过故障建模与仿真分析故障影响及故障特征。基于FFT分析,提出将总谐波失真值THD作为故障特征的重要评价指标,以获取显著的故障特征,为机电作动系统故障检测提供理论基础。

Abstract:

Electromechanical actuation system is a safety-critical component in aircraft. To meet the high reliability requirements of civil aircraft, it is necessary to analyze the failure modes and effects of electromechanical actuation system. Based on the mechanism analysis of electromechanical actuation system, the typical failure mode was selected and the influence of failure and fault characteristics were analyzed through fault modeling and simulation. Based on the analysis of FFT, THD value was proposed as an evaluation index of fault features to obtain significant fault characteristics, which provided a theoretical basis for the fault detection of electromechanical actuation system.
