摘要:

分别用有限元法和实验测量方法对一台三相24/16极结构的开关磁阻电动机进行了静态特性分析,结果表明2种方法下样机的电感特性、磁链特性基本相符,验证了开关磁阻电动机有限元模型及计算方法的可靠性和准确性。在该模型基础上,采用有限元法进一步对样机定转子气隙,对其矩角特性的影响做了模拟分析,总结了样机静态转矩与气隙大小的关系,探讨了在不同电流和不同定转子材料下,最大静转矩对气隙的敏感程度,为开关磁阻电动机的结构参数优化和生产工艺开发提供了参考。

Abstract:

The static characteristics of a three-phase 24/16-pole switched reluctance motor were analyzed by the methods of finite element analysis (FEA) and the experimental measurement. The results showed that the inductance characteristics and the magnetic chain characteristics of the prototype were basically consistent with the two methods. The reliability and accuracy of the finite element model and the calculation method of switched reluctance motor were verified. In this model, the method of FEA was used to simulate the influence of the air-gap on the moment angle characteristic of the prototype. The relation between static torque and air gap size was summarized. It provided a reference for the structural parameter optimization and production process development of switched reluctance motor.
