摘要:

研究铁氧体电机转子初始位置检测的一种新算法。通过将高频旋转电压信号注入铁氧体伺服电机,提取三相高频电流包络线的幅值,将其近似为余弦函数来计算转子初始位置角。实验表明,该方法在不降低转子初始位置精度的前提下减少了原算法的判断次数,对于凸极比较小的永磁同步电机还具有较高的检测精度。

Abstract:

A new estimate algorithm of the initial rotor position of interior ferrite permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied. The high frequency voltage signal was injected into the α-β reference, then the amplitude of current’s envelope curve was extracted to estimate the initial rotor position, but the algorithm of it was changed. The cosine curve was seen as three-phase high frequency current to calculate the result. This method decreased the number of original method’s compared times, and didn’t reduce the precision of the initial rotor position. The results show that the method has higher detecting precision in the small salient ratio permanent magnet synchronous motor.
