摘要:

研究了一种电动舵机用永磁容错电机,分析该容错电机的设计思路,根据技术指标完成电机的初步设计。建立电机的有限元仿真模型,研究槽口尺寸和斜槽对电机性能的影响,优化电机的结构参数。对优化后的永磁容错电机进行样机实验,实验结果验证了该设计的正确性。

Abstract:

A type of five-phase fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor which was used for electromechanical actuator was studied. The design thought of fault-tolerant motor was analyzed, and the motor was designed preliminarily according to the indexes. In order to optimize its structure parameters, a finite element simulation model of the motor was built and the influence of slot opening and skew slot on motor’s performance was investigated. A prototype experiment was performed on the optimized motor, and the experimental results verify the correctness of the design.
