基于有限元法的开关磁阻电机转矩脉动优化

Optimization Design of Switched Reluctance Motor Torque Ripple Based on Finite Element Method

摘要:

抑制转矩脉动是近些年来开关磁阻电机研究的热点问题之一,准确计算电机电磁场是设计、分析开关磁阻电机的关键。研究了一种在转子齿两侧开半圆形槽的改进型转子齿形,通过转子齿形的改变带来气隙磁场的改变,即削弱了气隙径向磁密,同时提高了气隙切向磁密,达到减小转矩脉动的目的。利用有限元法,对一台12/8极转子两侧开半圆形槽的开关磁阻电机建模,通过参数化计算开槽位置和开槽大小。仿真结果表明,在开关磁阻电机转子齿两侧开半圆形槽,可以有效地减小开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,并且增加电机的平均输出转矩。

Abstract:

Suppression of torque ripple is one of the hot topics in switched reluctance motor (SRM) research in recent years, the key to the design and analysis of switched reluctance motor is to calculate the electromagnetic field. An improved type of tooth profile was proposed, which was used to open a semicircle groove on both sides of the rotor teeth. The change of the air gap magnetic field was caused by the change of the rotor shape, the radial magnetic flux density in the air gap was reduced, and the tangential magnetic density was increased. A switched reluctance motor with a semicircular slot on both sides of a 12/8 pole rotor was modeled by using finite element method, the position and size of the slot were calculated by parameterization. The simulation results show that the semicircular slot on two sides of the rotor of the switched reluctance motor can effectively reduce the torque ripple and increase the average torque of the motor.
