内氧化型Ag基换向器合金材料耐磨性研究

摘要:

金属氧化物增强Ag基合金材料,由于具有优良的导电性、抗电弧性能而成为一种重要的电接触材料。利用内氧化法制得内氧化型AgCu4Ni0.3合金材料。CuO,NiO颗粒弥散分布于Ag基体中。提高了材料的力学性能、再结晶温度及耐磨性能,导电性能略有下降。材料成功用于微电机换向器。

Abstract:

The internal oxidized Ag-based alloys are widely used in the electrical contact field because of their excellent electrical and arc resistance. Oxidized AgCu4Ni0.3 alloy was prepared. The CuO and NiO particles distributed in the matrix dispersively. Mechanical property, recrystallize temperature, wear-resisting property of the oxidized alloys were increased obviously, and the electrical property were decreased lightly. Oxidized alloys were used successfully in micro-motor commutator.
