步进电动机SPWM微步距细分控制的研究

摘要:

步进电动机的细分驱动是提高步进电动机性能的重要技术。对步进电动机SPWM细分驱动时电磁转矩特性进行了分析,对混合式步进电动机SPWM细分驱动方法进行了研究,并设计了步进电动机SPWM细分控制系统。仿真和实验表明,所设计的步进电动机SPWM细分控制系统实现了对步进电动机定子绕组电流精确控制,改善了步进电动机系统的步进波动和定位精度。该系统结构简单,控制方便,运行稳定,有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:

Micro-stepping control for stepping motor is a well-known technique to improve stepping motor performance. The electromagnetic torque characteristics of the stepping motor by SPWM subdivision driving were analyzed, the SPWM subdivision driving method of hybrid stepping motor was studied, and the SPWM subdivision control system of stepping motor was designed. The simulation and experiment results showed that the effectiveness of the control system was achieved, the stator winding current vector was controlled accurately, and the positioning accuracy of motor system were greatly improved. The application prospect is good for its simple structure,easy control and smooth operation.
