无刷直流电动机驱动控制方法研究

摘要:

传统两电平逆变器驱动无刷直流电动机有位置传感器控制方式,存在转矩脉动大、对功率开关器件耐压值要求高等问题,采用三电平逆变器驱动无刷直流电动机,并推导出一种基于线电压差值的无位置传感器控制方法。分析了三电平逆变器的工作原理,在无位置传感器基于反电动势检测方法的基础上推导出线电压差值检测法,该方法可以有效提高转子位置检测的精度,给出了无刷直流电动机基于三电平逆变器的双闭环PWM控制策略。基于MATLAB仿真工具和TMS320F28335硬件控制器结构分别进行了仿真和实验,验证了控制方法的正确性。

Abstract:

Based on the problem of higher torque ripple, higher requirement for voltage resistance of power switch device in two-level inverter driving brushless DC motor with position sensor control method, the three-level inverter with sensorless control based on line voltage difference detection was proposed. The working principle was analyzed and a new detection method of line voltage difference detection method was put forward, which can improve the detection accuracy of rotor position. Three-level inverter driving brushless DC motor double closed-loop PWM control principle was analyzed. The simulation and experiment were carried out on the basis of the MATLAB simulation tool and the TMS320F28335 hardware controller structure, and the correctness of the control method was verified.
