摘要:

为增强永磁同步电机电磁性能,研究一种新型表贴-内置式永磁同步电机拓扑结构,该结构转子永磁体由常规表贴式和内置双一式构成。采用有限元对新型电机拓扑进行分析,分别对3种同尺寸结构电机气隙磁密、齿槽转矩以及气隙谐波畸变率分析。研究结果表明,新型拓扑结构不仅能提高气隙磁密基波幅值,而且能调节谐波畸变率大小,使磁密波形更加正弦性。

Abstract:

In order to enhance the electromagnetic performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a novel surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motor topology was proposed. The structure of the permanent magnet was composed of conventional surface mount and built-in double. The finite element method was used for analyzing the topology of the new motor. The air gap flux, cogging torque and air gap harmonic distortion of three kinds of the same size structure were analyzed respectively. The results showd that the new topology not only improved the amplitude of the air gap, but also adjusted the harmonic distortion rate, and made the magnetic flux more sinusoidal.
