基于转子极弧偏心抑制开关磁阻电动机转矩脉动

Research on Torque Ripple Suppression of Switched Reluctance Motor Based on Rotor Pole Arc Eccentricity

摘要:

准确计算开关磁阻电动机电磁场是设计、分析开关磁阻电机的关键。基于转子极弧一部分偏心,研究一种新型转子极面,前一部分转子极面沿着电机旋转方向气隙逐渐减小,后一部分气隙保持均匀不变。利用有限元法,对一台12/8极开关磁阻电动机建模,计算最佳转子极弧偏心距和非偏心极弧比。仿真结果表明,基于转子极弧偏心得到的转子极面结构,不仅可以有效地减小开关磁阻电动机的转矩脉动,而且能增加电机的平均转矩。

Abstract:

The key to the design and analysis of switched reluctance motor is to calculate the electromagnetic field of SRM. A new rotor polar surface was analyzed based on the rotor pole arc eccentricity, and the traditional uniform air gap structure was changed to two-stage non-uniform air gap structure, and the torque ripple caused by change phase was reduced. By using finite element method, a 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor was modeled to calculate the optimum rotor arc eccentricity and the non-eccentric polar arc ratio. The simulation results showed that the rotor pole structure based on the rotor polar arc eccentricity not only reduced the torque ripple of the switched reluctance motor effectively, but also increased the average torque of the motor.
