摘要:

伺服电动机是一种高精度电机,它对自身的整机装配形位公差要求较高(比如整机同轴度/垂直度/跳动度等)。从伺服电动机形位公差的影响因素考虑,通过尺寸链闭环的方式,分别采用极值法和最小二乘法两种方法对伺服电动机整机前端盖外止口同轴度进行计算,并根据结果分析对比,说明各方法的合理性。

Abstract:

The servo motor is a kind of high precision motor, for its own assembly tolerance is high (such as the coaxial/perpendicularity/beating degree etc.). From the servo motor shape position tolerance factors considered by dimension chain closed-loop, extremum method and least square method were used two methods to calculate degree of rabbet coaxial to the front cover of the servo motor, and compared according to the results, a reasonable description of each method.
