摘要:

线圈是电机的关键部件,对电机的使用寿命与运行可靠性有至关重要的影响。根据硬线圈的空间几何结构,准确推导了它的尺寸计算公式和梯形梭绕尺寸的计算公式。借助Visual Basic 6.0平台开发了相应的计算软件。通过对既有产品线圈尺寸的计算,验证了该计算公式的正确性及计算软件的实用性。

Abstract:

As a key component of electric motor, the coil has a significant impact on the service life and operation reliability of electric motor. According to the geometric structure of hard coil, the accurate formula for calculate its size and its trapezoidal shuttle size were deduced. And then, the corresponding software was developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 platform. The practicability of the developed software and the correctness of the calculation formula deduced were verified by calculating the size of coil.
