摘要:

依据新型傅里叶变换光谱仪中摆镜扫描机构的性能要求,研究了一种应用于空间遥感仪器的音圈电动机设计方法。结合摆镜扫描的技术要求,确定了摆扫机构的运动参数。选用音圈电动机作为扫描机构驱动电机,对电机的磁钢和线圈进行计算分析,设计了用于摆镜扫描的音圈电动机,满足系统的整体指标要求。

Abstract:

A design method of voice coil motor was provided according to the performance of the scanning mechanism of mirrors in new Fourier transform spectrometer. In order to meet the requirement of swinging mirror scanning technology, the motion parameters of the oscillating mechanism were presented. The voice coil motor was selected as driving motor in scanning mechanism, then the size of alnico and winding of motor was given, and the voice coil motor was designed. The performance of motor was consistent with the whole system.
