摘要:

在切削低膨胀环氧时刀具磨损剧烈,严重影响电机的生产质量和加工效率。通过试验分析切削温度对刀具磨损的影响,选择适合切削低膨胀环氧的硬质合金刀具牌号;并进行变切削参数试验,分析、总结了切削参数对刀具磨损的影响规律。通过优化切削参数,提高刀具使用寿命。

Abstract:

The tool wear is severe when cutting low expansion epoxy,which seriously affects the production quality and processing efficiency of the motor.The influence of cutting temperature on tool wear was analyzed by experiment, and the tool brands suitable for cutting low expansion epoxy were found.The effect of cutting parameters on tool wear was summarized,and the cutting parameters were optimized to improve the tool life.
