摘要:

针对表嵌式永磁同步电动机弱磁调速范围小、功率密度低,内置式永磁同步电动机漏磁凸出、转矩波动大等缺点,研究了一种新型表嵌-内置式永磁同步电动机(SIPMSM)。设计了SIPMSM的基本电磁参数,并确定SIPMSM的主要尺寸。建立SIPMSM有限仿真模型,研究分析了电机气隙磁密、额定转矩等特性。计算结果表明,SIPMSM设计合理,各项性能满足设计要求。

Abstract:

For defects of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor with weakening speed range, low power density field, and built-interior permanent magnet motor with magnetic flux leakage, torque ripple, therefore, a new surface-mounted and interior permanent synchronous motor (SIPMSM) was proposed. The basic electromagnetic parameters, and the main dimension of the motor were determined. Finite simulation model of SIPMSM was established, air gap flux density and rated torque for the motor were studied and analyzed. Calculation results show that SIPMSM design is reasonable and the various performances meet the design requirements.
