基于响应面法的外转子永磁电机齿槽转矩抑制

Reducing Cogging Torque of Outer Rotor Permanent Magnet Motor Based on Response Surface Method

摘要:

为削弱一款12槽10极外转子永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩,提出定子齿冠上开辅助槽的方法。采用响应面法(RSM)与粒子群算法(PSO)结合的方式,以齿槽转矩幅值为目标响应量,基于Box-Behnken设计(BBD)对辅助槽槽深度、宽度以及偏移齿冠中心线角度三个因素进行实验设计。通过多维二次模型对因素变量和响应之间的关系进行拟合,得到拟合的响应模型函数,利用方差分析检验了模型的合理性和显著性,并分析了因素变量之间的交互作用。采用PSO对响应函数进行寻优,得到最优的因素组合。结果表明,通过定子齿冠开辅助槽并利用RSM-PSO模型对辅助槽进行设计的方法,能有效抑制外转子永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the cogging torque of an outer rotor motor with 12 slots 10 poles,auxiliary slots in the top of stator teeth was proposed. With response surface method (RSM) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, based on the Box-Behnken design (BBD) experimental design,the amplitude of cogging torque as the target response, auxiliary slot depth,width and the angle of offset center line of teeth were designed.Fitting the relationship between the variables and the response,the fitting model of the response function was obtained by multiple quadratic model.Analysis of variance was used to test the rationality and significance of the model, the interaction between the factors was analyzed. PSO model was used to get the optimal factor values and optimal combination. The results show that introducing the stator crown auxiliary slots and designing them by the RSM-PSO model,can reduce the cogging torque of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor.
