摘要:

针对永磁同步电机谐波含量高的问题,设计一种内置永磁体桥的方法。与表贴式永磁同步电机相比,该永磁体桥结构的电机谐波含量较低。对两种永磁体桥结构电机的性能与充磁角度进行了详细的比较分析,有限元仿真结果表明,永磁体桥充磁方向会增大气隙磁密基波幅值,降低谐波畸变率,使磁密波形更具正弦性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of high harmonic content in permanent magnet synchronous motor, a method of designing permanent magnet bridge was proposed.Compared with the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor,the harmonic content of the permanent magnet bridge structure is lower.The performance and the magnetization angle of the two kinds of permanent magnet bridge structures were compared and analyzed in detail.Through the finite element simulation,the results show that the magnetization direction of the permanent magnet bridge will increase the amplitude of the air gap magnetic density,reduce the harmonic distortion rate and make the magnetic density waveform more sinusoidal.
