轴向磁通非晶合金电机永磁体涡流损耗研究

摘要:

对于单转子双定子轴向磁通非晶合金电机,永磁体结构形式为表贴式,在高频下运行时电机会在永磁体中产生较大的涡流损耗,造成永磁体的不可逆退磁。结合非晶合金在轴向磁通电机应用的特殊性,对轴向磁通非晶合金在不同气隙长度、不同开口槽槽宽、不同极槽配合时永磁体涡流损耗进行比较,得出永磁体涡流损耗变化规律,可以为轴向磁通非晶合金永磁电机的合理设计提供帮助。

Abstract:

As a single rotor and double stator axial-flux amorphous alloy PM motor, when the structure of PM is surface-mounted, and the motor is running at high frequency, there will be a great eddy current loss in PM, and it may result in the irreversible demagnetization of the PM. This paper combines the in the particularity of axial-flux amorphous alloy motor applications , and mainly compares PM eddy current loss with air gap length, the width of opening slot and the combination of pole-slot combination, and obtained the PM eddy current loss variation regularity, and this could be a great help to the designing of the axial flux amorphous alloy permanent magnet motor.
