摘要:

通过对永磁同步电机齿槽转矩进行数学模型分析,研究不同极槽配合对齿槽转矩的影响,在确定的极槽配合下,提出一种在转子齿开辅助槽的方法减少齿槽转矩。以一台10 kW永磁同步电机为模型,通过Ansoft进行转子结构优化分析,最终确定了该方法是可行的。

Abstract:

In coordination with determined pole slot, a method of opening the auxiliary slot in the rotor tooth was introduced to reduce cogging torque by analyzing the cogging torque mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and the influence on cogging torque caused by different pole-slot matching. Taking a 10 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor as a model, with the optimization analysis of rotor structure which was carried out by Ansoft, the feasible of the method was verified.
