Parametric Analysis of the Cogging Torque Based on V-Type Internal Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要:

对于V型内置式永磁同步电机,磁钢夹角是通过气隙磁密影响齿槽转矩的主要因素。建立数学分析模型,基于能量法解析齿槽转矩关于磁钢夹角的表达式,并完成参数化扫描模型的建立。在定子齿端部采用“健壮设计”以降低饱和、削弱齿槽转矩,并定性分析该结构的可行性。有限元仿真验证了解析式的正确性和优化结构的有效性。

Abstract:

For V-type magnetic steel internal structure, cogging torque are considerably effected by included angle between two magnet steel through the air gap flux density. An analytical math model was established basing on energy method, for illustrating mathematical correlation of cogging torque and magnet steel angle. Cogging torque parameter had been swept respect to magnet steel angle utilizing motor model. Robust structure had been proposed to reduce the magnetic field saturation phenomenon, weaken the cogging torque and verified the feasibility of this structure after qualitative analysis. The validation of mathematical expression and the robust structure above is proved by finite element model (FEM).
