摘要:

使用微处理芯片STM32F103作为主控单元,研制了一款数字式的振镜扫描电机驱动器。介绍了系统的组成结构,且对振镜电机本体进行了建模分析,针对振镜电机的工作需求设计了对应的运动轨迹,并采用特殊的位置电流PID双闭环控制策略,最后通过试验验证了驱动器在功能及性能方面都实现了振镜扫描系统高精度工作需求。

关键词: 摆角电机, 伺服, 数字控制器。

Abstract:

A digital swing motor driver has been developed by using the STM32F103 microprocessor as the main control unit. The structure of the system has introduced, and the modeling analyses of the swing motor and design the path of particle to fit it’s working. A special position-current double closed loop PID control strategy has been design to cover the path.It has been verified that can fit the scanning system’s high precision work requirement by the experiment in the last.
