摘要:

介绍了基于d33模式的夹心式柱状超声换能器的纵振及纵弯复合模态激励方式,分析了组合换能器在超声电机中的应用方式和驱动机理,提出了一种新型并联组合换能器结构超声电机,设计了多模态复合激励方法,从而实现了单电机双驱动足组合驱动双转子功能,丰富了超声电机的致动性能,有助于扩展超声电机的应用领域。

Abstract:

An excitation method of longitudinal mode and longitudinal-bending vibration mode of bar-shape sandwich type ultrasonic transducer with d33 mode were introduced, meanwhile,the application and driving mechanism of combined transducers was analyzed. A new ultrasonic motor composed of parallel transducers was proposed. The excitation method was designed. The function of two rotors driven by two feet of one motor was realized, which enriched the driving characteristic of ultrasonic motor and expand its application area.
