A Direct Torque Control Strategy of PMSM Without Flux Linkage Observation

摘要:

针对传统开关表模式下,永磁同步电机直接转矩控制磁链和转矩脉动较大,电流波形谐波含量高的特点,将逆变器的6个有效空间电压矢量在解耦坐标系下进行解耦。以电机转子磁链为基准重新划分扇区,以转矩响应优先的原则重新确定开关表,省去了复杂的磁链估计和角度运算,不需对磁链进行限幅,仍能维持电机的稳定运行。与传统直接转矩控制策略相比,通过电压矢量直接控制转矩,能在保持转矩快速响应同时,获得较好的定子电流。仿真表明所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:

In order to depress the ripple of torque and stator flux in traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) direct torque control(DTC) system, six active voltage vectors of inverter were decoupled in the d-q coordinates. Space vector sectors were re-divided based on rotor flux and the switch table was readjusted in view of fast torque response. Compared with the traditional switching table, the torque could be controlled directly by the voltage vector, and the stator current could be obtained at the same time. Simulations prove the validity of the proposed method.
