摘要:

针对电动汽车用永磁同步电机在复杂环境下运行的自适应能力差以及传统PI控制算法中存在的转矩响应时间慢、超调以及稳态误差大等问题,提出了一种新型模糊自抗扰转矩控制方法。根据自抗扰控制和模糊控制原理,设计了转矩轴模糊自抗扰控制器并结合模糊控制的优点进行改进,实现了自抗扰控制参数的在线自整定,提高了控制系统的自适应能力。与传统PI控制算法进行了对比仿真和实验验证,该控制算法有效减少约70%的转矩响应时间和约50%的稳态误差。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of poor adaptive capacity of electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor in complex environment and the problem of slow response time, overshoot and large steady-state error in traditional PI control algorithm, a new type of fuzzy auto-disturbance rejection torque control method was put forward. According to the control principle of auto-disturbance rejection control and fuzzy, designed the torque axis fuzzy auto-disturbance rejection controller and linked to the advantages of fuzzy control, improved to realize the on-line self-tuning of the auto-disturbance rejection control parameters and improved the adaptive capability of the control system. In contrast with the traditional PI control algorithm, the control algorithm reduces about the 70% torque response time and about the 50% steady-state error by simulation and experimental verification.
