摘要:

永磁体涡流损耗是保证永磁同步发电机温升限度和永磁体性能的重要指标。通过设计一台表贴式外转子永磁同步发电机,利用有限元法研究了极槽配合、气隙长度、槽口宽度和极弧系数对发电机空载和负载时永磁体涡流损耗的影响,特别分析了定子电流谐波含量对永磁体涡流损耗的影响,对减小永磁体涡流损耗有一定的工程指导意义。

Abstract:

Eddy-current loss in permanent magnet(PM) is an important indicator to ensure the limit of temperature rise and the performance of PMs. The impact of the slot-pole combination, the length of air gap, the width of slop opening and the pole arc coefficient on eddy-current loss of PM under no-load and load conditions was analyzed based on the finite element method by designing a outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous generator with surface-mounted PMs. In particular, the effect of harmonic component of current in stator on eddy-current loss of PMs was studied. The results are of certain guiding significance to reduce eddy-current loss of PMs.
