基于广义两阶段 TSF 优化的 SRM 转矩脉动抑制策略

Torque Ripple Mitigation of SRM Using Optimized Generalized Two-Stage TSF

摘要: 开关磁阻电机( switched reluctance motor,SRM) 具有结构简单、成本低且可靠性高的特点,但是其固有的电磁转矩脉动使其在中高性能传动场合的应用中受到了限制。 本文在传统转矩分配函数( torque sharing function,TSF) 基础上提出广义两阶段转矩分配函数。 该函数在换相重叠区引入可调分界角 θoj,并采用两段幂函数分别整形励磁相上升段与退磁相下降段;在连续约束下,以导通角 θon 与幂指数 h1、h2 为优化变量,并采用遗传算法进行离线整定。 为验证该方法的有效性,本文进行了仿真与实验。 结果表明,所提方法能够显著减小换相区转矩峰谷差,有效抑制开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动。

Abstract: Switched reluctance motor ( SRM) feature simple structure, low cost, and high reliability. However, the electromagnetic torque ripple of SRM limits its application in medium and high-performance drive systems. To address this issue,a generalized two-stage torque sharing function( TSF) is proposed based on the conventional torque sharing function. In the commutation overlap region,an adjustable boundary angle θoj is introduced,and two power functions are employed to shape the rising segment of the incoming phase and the falling segment of the outgoing phase,respectively. Under continuity constraints,the turn-on angle θon and the power exponents h1and h2 are selected as optimization variables, and a genetic algorithm is adopted for offline tuning. Simulations and experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed
method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can significantly reduce the peak-to-peak torque difference in the commutation region and effectively suppress the torque ripple of the SRM.
