摘要: 为解决高速电机的轴承无法长时间工作的问题,对电机结构进行改进,设计了一种双轴承结构,电机转子转速由大轴承、小轴承共同分担,通过转速分配理论对大轴承、小轴承的转速进行合理分配,间接影响各轴承实际工作转速,达到提高轴承工作寿命的目的,实现高转速电机长时间运转。 建立了轴承转速分配数学模型,通过理论分析确定大轴承、小轴承转速分配值,对样机进行转速实测,验证转速分配理论的正确性,并分析影响转速分配的因素,通过改变这些参数值,可以控制大轴承、小轴承转速,提升高速电机工作时长。

Abstract: To solve the problem that the bearings of high-speed motors cannot work for a long time,improves the motor structure and designs a double-bearing structure. The rotational speed of the motor rotor is shared by thelarge bearing and the small bearing. The rotational speed of the large bearing and the small bearing is reasonably distributed through the rotational speed distribution theory, indirectly affecting the actual working rotational speed of each bearing to achiove the nurnoc of increacin the achieve the purpose of increasing the working life of the bearing. To achieve long-term operation of the high-speed motor. The establishes a mathematical model of bearing speed distribution,determines the speed distribution values of the large and small bearings through theoretical analysis,then conducts speed measurement on the prototype to verify the correctness of the speed distribution theory,and analyzes the factors affecting the speed distribution. By changing these parameter values,the speed of the large and small bearings can be controlled,achieving long-term operation of high-speed motors.
