摘要: 针对某永磁式直流力矩电动机转轴倾斜现象,结合技术要求和故障树分析方法,对转轴倾斜现象进行了分析与定位。分析了转轴倾斜现象的产生机理、现行测试方法存在的不足,提出增加轴伸径向圆跳动测试以判断转轴是否倾斜。对现象进行了复现,在理论分析和试验验证的基础上制定了质量改进措施。

Abstract: To solve the phenomenon of a permanent magnet DC torque motor with tilted axis, the cause of the phenomenon was located by using technical requirements and fault tree analysis.The mechanism of the phenomenon and deficiencies of the existing test method were analyzed.The test item of axial extension radial circular run-out was put forward.The phenomenon was reproduced, quality improvement measures were given on the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental verification.
