摘要: 轴承电腐蚀是新能源驱动电机面临的不可避免的共性问题,从轴承电蚀的失效模式进行分析。根据轴承电蚀的失效机理,分析原因失效主要是由传统三相电源供电的电机轴承电流磁路的不平衡和不对称引起。通过限制轴电压的升高和定向引导轴电流流通路径,可以达到减小或消除轴电流引起的损伤的目的。

Abstract: Bearing electric corrosion is an inevitable common problem faced by new energy driven motors.The failure mode of bearing electric corrosion was analyzed. According to the failure mechanism of bearing electric corrosion,the failure reason of bearing electric corrosion is mainly caused by the imbalance and asymmetry of motor magnetic circuit, which is powered by traditional three-phase power supply. By limiting the rise of shaft voltage and guiding the flow path of shaft current, the damage caused by shaft current can be reduced or eliminated.
