模块化功率变换器驱动开关磁阻电机转矩控制

摘要: 针对模块化功率变换器驱动的开关磁阻电机,提出了一种基于电流重叠角优化和脉宽调制的直接瞬时转矩控制方法,通过检测相电流大小,并结合电机转子的位置,将传统转矩分配函数中固定的电流重叠角替换为实时计算值,并在转矩控制器设计时,结合脉宽调制算法,实现了小范围内转矩误差的平稳连续调控,解决了传统直接瞬时转矩控制在模块化功率变换器下转矩无法有效跟随参考转矩的问题,有效降低了模块化功率变换器驱动的开关磁阻电机的转矩波动。通过仿真与实验验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: According to the switched reluctance machine driven by the modular power converter,a novel direct instantaneous torque control method was proposed based on the current overlapping angle optimization and pulse width modulation. By detecting the phase current and rotor position, the fixed current overlapping angle in the traditional torque sharing function was replaced with the real-time calculated value. The pulse width modulation algorithm was applied to design the torque controller. The stable and continuous adjustment of the torque error was realized in a small range, and the problem that the torque couldn’t track its reference value well in modular power converter with the traditional direct instantaneous torque control was solved, which effectively reduced the torque ripple of the switched reluctance machine driven by the modular power converter. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulations and experiments.
