电动汽车用增程发电机的设计与优化

摘要: 以一台额定功率30 kW、额定转速6 000 r/min的发电机为研究对象,针对电动汽车增程发电机的强耦合、多变量和非线性特性,以发电机效率、电磁转矩波动和功率密度为优化目标进行研究分析。采用磁路法对发电机进行初步设计,采用有限元法进行电磁分析,验证初步方案的合理性;选取优化目标和优化因子并通过参数灵敏度和相关性分析判断每个优化因子影响权重,引入遗传算法、响应面法和参数化扫描法相结合的方法对发电机原始设计参数进行多目标优化;通过有限元验证了该方法的有效性,为增程发电机的优化设计提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract: A generator with rated power of 30 kW and rated speed of 6 000 r/min was taken as the research object. In view of the strong coupling, multi-variable and nonlinear characteristics of the extended range generator of electric vehicles, the generator efficiency, electromagnetic torque fluctuation and power density was studied and analyzed as the optimization objective. The magnetic circuit method was used to design the generator, and the finite element method was used for electromagnetic analysis. To verify the rationality of the preliminary scheme, the optimization objective and optimization factor were selected and the influence weight of each optimization factor was determined by parameter sensitivity and correlation analysis. Genetic algorithm, response surface method and parametric scanning method were combined to carry out multi-objective optimization of generator original design parameters. The validity of the method is verified by finite element method, which provides a new way for the optimization design of this kind of extended range generator.
