深海用永磁同步电机硅钢片磁特性及铁损研究

摘要: 磁特性是反映硅钢片性能的一个重要指标。在深海用电机中,定子铁心承受巨大的深海应力,硅钢片的磁特性将发生变化,导致电机铁耗发生变化。针对深海用电机定子硅钢片磁特性发生变化而导致电机铁耗发生变化的问题,通过有限元方法计算定子铁心在不同压强下的应力分布,计算结果与电磁场耦合,计算了不同压强下定子的铁心损耗。通过实验,测试了硅钢片在不同压强下的磁特性变化。结果表明,深海应力环境下硅钢片磁化曲线会收缩。该研究成果可为深海用电机的设计提供重要的理论参考。

Abstract: Magnetic properties are an important factor reflecting the performance of silicon steel sheets. In deep-sea motors, the stator core will withstand huge deep-sea stress, and the magnetic properties of the silicon steel sheets will change, resulting in changes in the iron loss of the deep-sea motors. Aiming at the problem of changes in the magnetic properties of the stator silicon steel sheets for deep-sea motors, the iron loss of the motor was calculated by the finite element method. The stress distribution of the stator core under different pressures was calculated, the calculation results were coupled with the electromagnetic field, and the core loss under different pressure was calculated.A measurement experiment of the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets under different pressures was set up. The results show that the magnetization curve of silicon steel sheets will shrink under deep sea stress environment. The research results can provide important theoretical references for the design of deep-sea motors.
