摘要: 旋转变压器在使用过程中,通常对机械零位和电气零位位置有明确的规定,其引出线接线错误,会导致机械零位和电气零位不一致,甚至正方向错误。提出函数列表分析法和公式分析法对接线故障进行分析研究,得出解决方案,通过实验验证了该方法的有效性及实用性。

Abstract: During the use of resolvers, there are usually clear provisions on the mechanical null position and electrical null position. Wiring fault will lead to inconsistency between the mechanical null position and electrical null position, and even with wrong positive direction. Function list analysis method and formula analysis method were proposed to analyze the wiring fault. The effectiveness and practicability of the method were verified by experiments.
