摘要: 利用芯片MC3PHAC的特有功能和运行模式,研制了一种三相工频逆变器装置,给出了工频逆变器装置的硬件框图和软件流程。设置MC3PHAC,让其产生50 Hz的SPWM波,实现电路方便简单、工作稳定,具有成本低、通用性强等特点。该智能单板控制可预先编程,不需要很高的开发成本和软件相关技术。

Abstract: The three-phase power frequency inverter was developed by using the unique function and operation mode of chip MC3PHAC. The hardware block diagram and software flow chart of the designed power frequency inverter were given.Set MC3PHAC to generate SPWM wave of 50 Hz, the circuit is simple, convenient, low cost and reliable. Because of its intelligent single board control and pre-programmable characteristic, it does not need high development cost and software related technology.
