摘要:

以提高电网侧电能质量与利用率并降低高速电机输出转矩脉动为目的,采用并联型有源电力滤波器应用于高速电机谐波抑制的应用研究。根据电机控制系统中谐波电流变化的特点,针对传统PI控制策略在有源电力滤波器中存在补偿精度不高的问题,同时针对谐波信号周期性变化的特点,采用将PI与重复相结合的复合控制方式应用于谐波电流的控制。保证有源电力滤波器的动态性和稳定性,详细分析了复合控制的设计思路,并仿真搭建了APF系统模型,同时用实验样机验证了该思路的有效性,仿真和实验结果表明该复合控制能够有效降低电流畸变率,明显改善滤波效果。

Abstract:

In order to improve the power quality and utilization rate of the power grid and reduce the output torque ripple of the high-speed motor, the shunt active power filter was applied to the harmonic suppression of high-speed motor. According to the characteristics of the harmonic current in the motor control system, the traditional PI control strategy in active power filter had the problem that compensation accuracy was not high. According to the characteristics of the harmonic signal cyclical change, the compound control method which combined PI control with repetitive control was used to control the harmonic current. Detailed analysis of the design of compound control was carried out, APF system model was built in the simulation and it verified the effectiveness of the proposed method in an experimental prototype. The simulation and experimental results show that the composite control can reduce the current distortion rate effectively, improve the filtering effect significantly.
