摘要: 本文运用了六西格玛管理DMAIC模式、鱼骨图和测量系统分析等质量工具,分析和探索了影响某型号微电机试验波形不合格的关键因素,通过试验设计优化了工艺参数,并验证了改进措施的有效性。

Abstract: The DMAIC model of six sigma management,fishbone diagram, measurement system analysis were used to analyze and explore the key factors affecting the unqualified test waveform of a certain type of micro-motor. The process parameters were optimized through DOE (design of experiment), and the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified.
