摘要: 针对六相无轴承磁通切换电机(BFSPMM),提出了一种在缺两相的情况下实现转矩和悬浮控制的方法。由于六相电机在不引出中性点的情况下只有5个可独立控制的自由度,在缺两相的情况下,没有足够的自由度可同时控制转矩平面和悬浮平面,所以提出一种引出电机中性点的电路拓扑。基于该控制拓扑,推导出缺相运行控制策略。用中性点的自由度平衡缺相后的转矩电流和悬浮电流,实现电机的转矩和悬浮的稳定控制。仿真验证了该理论的可行性。

Abstract: A method to control the torque and levitation force of a six-phase bearingless flux switching motor (BFSPMM) without two phases was presented. Since there are only five degrees of freedom that can be controlled independently in the case of six-phase motor without extracting the center point, there is no enough freedom degrees simultaneously control the torque plane and levitation plane in the case of two-phase open. A control topology for extracting the neutral point of the motor was proposed. Based on the control topology, the fault-tolerant control strategy was derived. By controlling neutral point to balance the torque current and suspension current with two phases open, the stable control of torque and suspension of the motor were realized. Simulation was used to verify the feasibility of the method.
