磁通计法测量坡莫合金磁性能研究

摘要: 利用软磁直流磁滞回线综合测量仪,分析了磁通计法测试坡莫合金软磁直流性能所得到的磁滞回线不对称性的原因,并通过理论计算分析找出了采用磁通计法测试坡莫合金磁滞回线不对称的主要原因,通过验证实验,改变测试条件,消除测试前退磁不完全的因素,利用磁通计法测试了对称性较好的坡莫合金的磁滞回线。由此确认了磁通计法测试坡莫合金磁滞回线不对称的主要原因是,坡莫合金常规测试时所制作的测试线圈无法完成坡莫合金的完全退磁。

Abstract: The reason of asymmetry of hysteresis loop obtained by fluxmeter method was analyzed by using soft magnetic DC hysteresis loop testing equipment,and was found out through theoretical calculation.Through the verification test, changing the test conditions, eliminating the factors of incomplete demagnetization before test, and finally using the fluxmeter method to test the hysteresis loop of permalloy with good symmetry It is confirmed that the main reason for the asymmetry of hysteresis loop of permalloy measured by fluxmeter is that the test coil made by normal test cannot meet the demagnetization requirement of permalloy.
