摘要: 在高效节能电机应用领域,电机铁心一般采用无导磁材料,即转子无铁心在电机设计时会优先考虑,但相关对其只是采用有限元法进行分析,而采用解析法分析却非常少见。针对表贴式永磁电机转子无铁心结构,通过建立电机空载场解析模型,分析表贴式永磁电机转子无铁心的充磁方式、气隙磁通密度、反电动势等参数,并利用有限元法对解析模型进行了相关验证。

Abstract: In the field of high-efficiency energy-saving motors, motor bearings are generally made of non-magnetic materials, that is, rotor coreless structure will be given priority in motor design, but related analysis is only performed by finite element method, and analysis by analytical method is very rare.The rotor coreless structure of surface-mounted permanent magnet motors was analyzed by establishing a model of the motor's no-load field to analyze the magnetization method, air gap magnetic flux density and back electromotive force of surface-mounted permanent magnet motors. The finite element method was used to verify the analytical model.
