旋变测试数据采集的技术改进

摘要: 基于LabVIEW的数据采集系统,可以完成单极旋转变压器、多极旋转变压器、双通道旋转变压器、自整角机、线性旋转变压器、交轴误差和函数误差等多种旋转变压器实验数据采集,保证数据采集精度的基础上,降低了检测人员的劳动强度,同时保证了产品检测的质量,为产品的改进提供了依据。

Abstract: The data acquisition system based on LabVIEW can collect the test data of single pole resolver, multi pole resolver, dual channel resolver, selsyn, linear resolver, quadrature axis error resolver and functions error resolver. On the basis of data accuracy, the labor intensity was reduced and the quality of product testing was ensured, which provides a basis for product improvement.
