摘要: 根据小型化、高可靠、高强度、高刚度要求,设计了应用于一体化航天伺服机电组件的RV10×2行星滚柱丝杠。根据航天舵机的实际工况,对航天舵机机电组件用行星滚柱丝杠的综合性能评价方法进行研究,并应用综合性能评价方法对RV10×2行星滚柱丝杠进行试验,符合设计要求,应用RV10×2行星滚柱丝杠的机电组件已通过总体的各项试验,验证了该行星滚柱丝杠应用综合性能评价方法的有效性。

Abstract: According to the requirements of miniaturization, high reliability, high strength and high stiffness,RV10×2 planetary roller screw used in integrated aerospace servo electromechanical components is designed.According to the actual working condition of aerospace steering gear, the comprehensive performance evaluation method of planetary roller lead screw for electromechanical components of aerospace steering gear is studied, and RV10×2 planetary roller lead screw is tested by comprehensive performance evaluation method, which meets the design requirements. In addition, the electromechanical components of RV10×2 planetary roller lead screw have passed the overall tests meet the requirements, which verifies the effectiveness of the comprehensive performance evaluation method for planetary roller screw.
