摘要:

为了满足中小功率永磁同步电动机控制和驱动的需要,设计了一种基于DSP和DRV8332的一体化小型永磁同步电动机驱动控制器。该驱动控制器主控制器采用DSP-TMS320F28069芯片,功率驱动器采用DRV8332高性能驱动集成电路芯片。高速控制模块与高集成度驱动模块一体化设计使整个系统设计简单、小巧,成本降低。采用矢量控制对电机进行驱动实验,跟踪±240 r/min阶跃指令时,经Kalman滤波后,稳态误差小于±1 r/min,电流检测精度达到±0.025 A。实验表明,该设计具有控制性能好、检测精度高、通用性强等优点,是一款广泛适用于中小功率永磁同步电动机的驱动控制器。

Abstract:

In order to satisfy the requirements of the small and medium power permanent magnet synchronous motor control and drive, a kind of integrative micro driver based on DSP and DRV8332 was designed. The DSP-TMS320F28069 was employed as the main controller and the DRV8332 which is high performance drive integrated circuit chip, was utilized as power driver. The system was composited of high speed controller and high integration driver, which made the system simpler, compact packaging, and low cost. Vector control was used to conduct the experiments and hardware test on the driver. The motor could track the step speed command of ± 240 r/min, used Kalman filter, the steady-state accuracy was within ±1 r/min, and the current detection accuracy was ±0.025 A. The experimental results demonstrated that the designed driver had the advantages such as good control performance, high detection precision and strong universality. The design is an excellent driver which can be widely applied to small and medium power permanent magnet synchronous motor control and drive.
