摘要: 研究电机转子直极错位对齿槽转矩和转矩波动的影响,采用分数槽集中绕组和少极分布绕组分析电机转子直极错位对齿槽转矩减少和转矩波动降低的影响。选择合理的转子分段直极错位可以减小电机的齿槽转矩和转矩波动。仿真软件验证了其正确性和合理性。

Abstract: The influence of motor rotor direct pole dislocation on cogging torque and torque fluctuation, and the influence of motor rotor direct pole dislocation on the reduction of cogging torque and torque fluctuation was analyzed by using fractional slot concentrated winding and minimal-pole distributed winding. The suspension torque and torque fluctuation of the motor could be reduced by selecting reasonable rotor segment direct pole dislocation. The correctness and rationality of the method are verified by simulation software.
