摘要: 研究永磁同步电机的槽极配合对电机运行质量特性的影响,包括齿槽转矩、转矩波动、绕组系数、最大输出功率、感应电动势等。引入齿槽转矩的评价因子CT和计算因子KL,计算CTKL 可简化对齿槽转矩的计算,并选择合理的槽极配合,仿真软件验证了其正确性和合理性。

Abstract: The influence of slot-pole combination on permanent magnet synchronous motor operation quality characteristics was studied, including cogging torque, torque ripple, winding coefficient, maximum output power and induced electromotive force. The evaluation factor CT and calculation factor KL of cogging torque were introduced. The calculation of CT and KL can simplify the calculation of cogging torque, and the reasonable slot-pole combination was selected. The correctness and rationality of the calculation were verified by the simulation.
