摘要: 研究了一种简单的方法来解决由高频信号注入引起的附加噪声问题,以实现永磁同步电动机(PMSM)的无传感器控制。该方法以随机方式使用具有不同频率的两个信号,而不是传统的固定频率信号注入,建立信号处理的分析模型,分别选择信号的频率和幅度,建立信号注入电路。仿真结果验证了该方法是实用且有效的,在可接受的位置估计精度内降低高频噪声。

Abstract: A simple method was presented to tackle the additional noise problem, caused by the injection of high-frequency signals, for the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The method used two signals with different frequencies in a random manner instead of the traditional fixed-frequency signal injection. The analysis model for the signal processing was established, the signal injection circuit was built by respectively selecting the frequency and amplitude of signals. The simulation result validated that the method was practical and effective to reduce noise with an acceptable estimation accuracy.
