摘要: 对电火花线切割机的种类和加工方式进行了对比,研究发现,在多品种小批量小模数齿轮加工时,中走丝电火花线切割机和多次切割的加工方式最合适,能满足齿轮制造时在质量、效率和成本上的要求。

Abstract: The types and processing methods of electric discharge machine (EDM) wire-cutting machine were compared, and it was found that the middle-wire-threading EDM wire-cutting machine and multi-cutting processing method were the most suitable for the multi-variety small-batch and small-modulus gear processing, which could meet the requirements of quality, efficiency and cost in gear manufacturing.
