基于ANF的柱塞泵用电机转速脉动抑制方法

摘要: 针对具有周期性变化特性的柱塞泵类负载造成永磁同步电机产生周期性转速脉动的问题,研究了一种基于自适应陷波滤波器的柱塞泵用PMSM周期性转速脉动抑制方法。分析了柱塞泵类负载的负载特性,在转速电流双闭环矢量控制系统基础上,分析了传统离散傅里叶变换法提取电流谐波的原理和缺点,提出利用电机转子位置构造自适应陷波滤波器来提取电机q轴电流中谐波分量,作为补偿电流叠加在q轴电流指令上,抑制柱塞泵类负载带来的转速脉动。仿真和实验结果表明,该转速脉动抑制方法能够有效降低柱塞泵类负载下电机稳态转速脉动,额定转速下的脉动可降低到原来的18%,提高了电机运行的平稳性,降低了整个液压系统的运行噪声。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the periodic speed pulsation of PMSM was caused by the periodic load of plunger pump, a method of PMSM periodic speed pulsation suppression based on adaptive gate filter was proposed. It analyzed the load characteristics of the load of the plunger pump. On the basis of the double closed-loop vector control system of speed and current, it analyzed the principle and shortcomings of the traditional discrete fourier transform method to extract the current harmonics. It was proposed to use the rotor position of the motor to construct an adaptive notch filter to extract the harmonic components of the q-axis current of the motor, as the compensation current superimposed on the q-axis current command, so as to suppress the plunger pump speed pulsation caused by load. The simulation and experimental results show that the method can effectively reduce the steady-state speed pulsation of the motor under the load of the plunger pump, and the pulsation can be reduced to 18% of the original under the rated speed, which improves the stability of the motor operation and reduces the running noise of the whole hydraulic system.
